It is Sunday lunch-time and Sheila and I go to Stoke Newington to see Thom and Tara and their rag-doll kitten, Misty. When we arrive to our delight Louisa and Danae and their families also appear and we all have lunch around the corner at Homa.
As we arrived at Homa it suddenly became clear that Tove was NOT with us! Thankfully she was just outside, 20 yards along the street, but having crossed a side road. She was sitting cross-legged on the pavement quite unperturbed and explained to me that she took care crossing and was waiting for us. Who could possibly throw stones at David Cameron for leaving his daughter behind in a pub!
But it is a wonderful afternoon and Misty is a friendly, beautiful cat, with amazing blue eyes, that tolerantly allows the grandkids to cathandle her.
